Served by brewery rep's at the NC Brewers Fest.
A: pours with a rich and large off-white head. Cloudy yellow-gold colored liquid.
S delicate and floral, with some earthy/yeasty tones. Hints of orange, chamomile and lemon.
T: More fruity than flowery with light yeast and white bread. Faint hops. No clove (not missed).
M: Smooth and refreshing; the medium body is more substantial than might be expected. Very good carbonation.
O: works well as intended: a witbier for a hot summer day.
Serving type: on-tap

A. It has a straw yellow color with a few lines of bubbles coming up the sides and some in the middle. It is hazy, but semi-see-through. It has a limited bubbly white head with no real lacing.
S. It has a macro lager scent with some wheat.
T/M. It has a stale wheat taste. It feels a bit skunked. There's a metallic malt taste. It's very carbonated. I'd say it's light bodied.
O. This is just a macro attempt at a wheat beer, and it comes from a smaller brewing company. Not very impressed.
