Pours a cloudy light copper color with at least a finger of head that took some time to dissipate. The head left nice lacing as it slowly receded. The nose is quite nondescript. The flavor profile is more akin to an English IPA. The hop profile is mild even by English IPA standards.

A big shout out to the legendary woodychandler for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of hops, a bit of malts as well. Taste is balanced and mild, light bitterness, not bad but if you are looking for a hop bomb, this ain't it. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

Pretty bitter and somewhat dry. Low drinkability. Paleo IPA is the first, and only so far (I believe), brew from North Country that I have been unsatisfied with. I would drink it again if someone got it for me but would not go out of my way to purchase one.
