Pours a hazy pale yellow with a small white head. In the aroma, small dry citrus and clove. In the taste, lemon grass and sweet to dry honey notes. A small bite and lighter bodied mouthfeel, with a dry honey and citrus aftertaste. Refreshing, almost wheat like. Nice, none the less.

Not something that I thought I would go for my wife ordered it and I sampled it and liked it enough to get a pint on my own.The artisanal honey used from a bee farm down the road makes such a huge difference here giving it a honey colored hue and a real pungeant aroma wich is a little unpleasant but it shows the high quality and high dosage of honey in this brew. The honey imparts a mild sweetness to the beer giving off its flavor more than just sweetness a toasty cracker-like malt base melds well with the honey and a light citric tinge in the finish really is nice.Really I liked it the smell is different but it didnt bother me much, give it a try.

Pours a very pale yellow color with almost no head to it. The smell is of honey but it is kinda faint. The taste is of a light beer with a hint of honey, there is also some grain present. There is little or no hop presence. The mouthfeel is a little watery with a very late carbonation. The drinkability is high because there is nothing harsh about it, however, it leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to complexity and hop presence.

This was a light beer brewed with honey. Its appearance was very light in color with a nice white head. There was almost no smell to it. The taste was good but kind of boring at first-some sweet malt and maybe a hint of honey. But the honey lingers until you take your next drink of it. The mouthfeel was smooth and light. This is a great session beer and its probably a good transition beer too.

Pours a clear pale yellow, with a small head that settles to uneven soap suds. Leaving some impressive ringed lace. Carbonation appears medium.

Nose: Strong clover honey scent. Very sweet smelling with a earthy herbal quality.

Taste: Very sweet honey with a week malt backing. A very mellow bitter honey aftertaste that lingers on the palate and leaves a sweet sugar taste on the lips.

Mouth: Is crisp and full with just a real good thickness for such a light beer.

A very pleasant uniquely flavored brew. After a few, it gets much too sweet, not very sessionable imho.
