12 ounce bottle into wee goblet.
A: Dark umber-ruby body with wee ecru head. Lacing is very good. Head dwindles down to nothing.
S: Almost a the nose of a really good wheat brew. Cinnamon and nutmeg but almost come across as cloves with the ever slightest touch of banana. Must be the malts working with the spices.
T: No no. You have used too much nutmeg. Its bitter, and the nutmeg mixed with the malts makes an oak-sap, bark bitterness that isn't so yummy-ass. Ends with a dry nutmeg funkiness. I would like to say this grows on you, and it does the slightest bit, but I think it isn't a good mix.
M: A good feel on this one.
D: If they would have eased up on the nutmeg. I think this one would be a yummy one. Keep brewing gentlemen!
