Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a hefe glass. I probably should subtract a point on appearance due to the picture on the UFO label showing a lemon slice in the weizen glass :-\
Appearance: a pale staw golden color, obviously unfiltered. The head was about one inch tall and soon faded to a white lace.
Smell: a bit of sweetness, perhaps bubblegum, but overall the aroma is really faint.
Taste: a thin wheat flavor, not very substantial. A faint lemon aroma. This one did improve as I drank it.
Mouthfeel: lightly bodied, moderate carbonation.
Drinkability: one could sure pound out a six pack of UFO considering the lower ABV and the fact that they are a wheat beers which are ideal for this. But this just doesn't hold my interest long enough to want repeated offerings.
Overall: I was a little dissappointed with the aroma and taste of this one, maybe it had been on the shelf too long and lost some punch. I'll give it another shot.
