Poured into two goblets to split with my wonderful wife. Appearance was a hazy, burnished copper with a small, lightly foamy white head that gradually dissipated. Aroma was multiply floral, with hints of pink peppercorn, ethanol, and guava. Taste was hop forward, with a malty interior. There was a bit of resdual drying nd efervesence in the mouthfeel.

Pours a dark amber, with a one inch off white that leaves plenty of lace on my glass, my father got a growler at the Windsor Brewery today. Smell is pine, carmel, grapefruit, and other hints of citrus. Taste some sweet carmel and citrus and a touch of grapefruit in the finish. Body is medium large, plenty of life, a little dry, and very drinkable especially for its hefty ABV. This is excellent, especially fresh on tap.
