T: cloves, somewhat dry, bitter, peppery, complex, flavorful; strong hop presence (thank you!)
Very flavorful, interesting pilsner

Golden pale head which dissipates to a thin lace on the glasses edge.
Noble hops produce a spiciness mixed with a sweet malt.
A nice spicy mix of hops comes in with a carbonation. As it dissipates the malts come thru to create a mix between hops and malt. A spicy finish create a nice flavor

12oz brown bottle with a freshness date.
LOOK: Clear yellow straw, good lacing
SMELL: Herbal, floral, soft resin, hop oil, light biscuity malt, very clean
TASTE: Very crisp, moderate sized body, slightly bitter, herbal, sweet floral, spicy, mild breadiness, dry, very clean, mildly hoppy finish
Very well done. Extremely drinkable with a solid hop profile which is pretty much what I expect for the style. If there was a touch more malt backbone here it would certainly rival its counterparts.

Pours a crystal clear golden hue with a bright head with fine even speckled lacing. Aroma brings a nice pungent herbal hop profile with a pale malt biscuit profile. Another Noble pils competitor with lime green neck label colors. Flavor is a nice lively hoppiness amongst pale golden malts with assertive rolling Saaz hops. I'm getting herbal/grassiness/mild citrus with a pale biscuit malt sweetness, finishes bone dry. Mouthfeel is light bodied sturdy carbonation makes the whole flavor pop on the palate really well. Out of the mixed summer sampler this is the star, but it's funny how 2 of the last 3 samplers have a Noble Pils competitor in their varieites.

Big white head quickly dies to a thin lacing above a clear golden colored pils.
Light sour, citrus, some grains, a very light yeast in there aroma.
Light sour to bitter taste with some light graininess coming through, maybe a little yeast. Really not much taste to this, kind of the weak sauce of pilsners that I've had, but in a way that good, since I'm not to keen on them anyway.
This light bodied beer finishes with a dryish aftertaste with more hints of the sourness and slight bitterness the aroma and taste had.

On tap at Lynnwood Grill. Poured in a Harpoon IPA Pilsner glass (irony noted)
A - clear gold with a big white head that has good retention
S - faint grass
T - grass, pilsner malt, odd bitterness in the finish
M - light to medium bodied, smooth, a bit crisp
This was a hot evening and this hit the spot. Honestly though, beyond it's refreshing qualities, it lacks depth and flavor. There are better examples out there.

A) Pours with a two finger white head. Clear golden body. Amazing head retention!
S) Noticeable hops, actually all hop aroma - fruity with some spice.
T) Subtle peppery notes upfront then moves to a grainy, nutty mid section. Finishes with a nice hop bite and sweet fruit - liken to apple.
M) Light body. Fizzy. Dry in the finish.
O) A well crafted true-to-form brew. I'll definitely have another one!

On-tap at Rattle ‘n Hum, New York, NY
A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that died down and left a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: There are aromas of floral hops in the nose along with some hints of herbal hops.
T: The taste is very similar to the smell, except that herbal hops are a bit stronger and there are also flavors of bready malts. There is a very light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an average pilsener but the herbal hops set it apart and make it taste a bit different compared to other beers in the style.
