Do you put your wheat in it? Sampled a some what hazy lemony yellow color. A soft white head that did hide to the side of the glass and eventually die out. Ok lacing at the beginning.
The nose is grainy with some hints of wheat. A nice soft malt aroma on the back end and fairly clean overall. Some minor hop notes on the back end with a light grassy and citrus note. Some minor yeast notes but mostly clean.
The taste is similar. The wheat is limited and has more of a pale malt taste. Would like more wheat flavor overall but still easy drinking. Some minor kettle caramel notes but just a hint. The yeast comes out a bit more. Some very light diacetyl. Some esters, specifically rose peddles. The hops are limited versus the nose but some grassy notes in the finish.
The body is moderate to light. Could use a more depth overall. But this is an easy drinking wheat beer. Carbonation is light. Overall a pretty safe beer. Mostly clean but would like a bit more depth and wheat character. Very drinkable.
