A - Light lager color with a straw color. Average sized white smooth head. Decent retention with a thin ring of lace.

S - Strong pepper, capsaicin, seed aroma. Fresh pepper aroma with hot and sweet bell pepper aroma. Very strong fresh salsa verde hot pepper. A touch imbalance with the hotness but not bad.

T - A touch more balance than the aroma. Some more sweet malty balance. Grainy and bready sweetness but the pepper is very strong. Very green and fresh. Not super hot but you definitely know it is a pepper beer.

M - Lighter smooth feel. Pretty light and easy to put down. Average carbonation.

D - While there is some balance to the pepper, it gets a little heavy after awhile. Definitely a beer that is meant to have a little at a time.

Notes: Very strong pepper flavor. Very fresh and natural flavor from the peppers. A touch of hot and spiciness but there is enough malty sweetness to balance it out. Interesting and nice in small doses. Pretty good chili beer, although it's not my favorite style, this one is well done.

Serving type: growler
