Draught @ Wynkoop Brewing Company in Denver, Colorado. Clear orange color with a wispy cask head. Dry, sugary, herbal and piney hops aroma, that begin quite vibrant. Rich, diverse hop flavor, with a modest malt backing. Lots of bitter grapefruit, with lingering sour lemon. I found this to be a fairly typical brewpub IPA, fresh and somewhat tasty.

Now known as "Monkey's Paw," This brew (along with Hickenlooper's Artillary Ale & Faen's Gruit) is now permanently on the Wynkoop menu.
Hand pumped and comes out chilled, but not too cold, which is nice.
Color is copper, and with a nice fluffy head that's about 1/3 inch thick.
Smell is sweet, hoppy, and even with a little fruit on the back end.
Flavors are crisp and bold. Hops are there, but aren't as overpowering as the smell might have you believe. Alcohol is present, but not all that noticeable either. Bitterness is present in the finish, but it's just right if you weren't looking for a kick in the teeth. Pretty nice mix!
Mouthfeel is typical for a cask brew...which is either your thing or it isn't.
Drinkability is pretty high though. Because of the alcohol being disguised, you could have 2-3 of these with no issues. Beyond that, look out!

Cask conditioned
Light head but it provides a nice lace. The color is between golden and amber
Hop aroma as expected, but hardly spectacular. The flavor has the hop bite with a slight malt touch, but the body is full with an excellent hop plug aftertaste.
This is a good beer, but hardly noteworthy. It is, however, very quaffable.
