Pours pale clear yellow with white head. Smell is faint but wheat is noticeable. Taste - a little too malty for me for a wheat ale, but still wheaty and that is pretty much it. It's pleasant but nothing special. Very light and very crisp. Extremely drinkable. Not bad.

An average wheat all around, sight, smell, taste, nothing distinguishing. Definite wheat taste. Serviceable malt, Hint of fruit. Easy mouthfeel until the overcarbonated finish. Lace in glass. Serviceable summer-fall drink. Of course, say no to leon wedge.

Although much better and fuller on tap, I tasted this from the 600 ml bottle Brewsters is now selling.
It pours straw honey coloured, pale, golden light yellow. Nothing unique or exceptional. I had to pour very quickly to be able to make any head, and even then it was a centimetre which rapidly became a faint ring about the glass. Very white head, with better lacing than the head may suggest. The aroma at first was not very appetising: stale, watery smelling. It does get better as the beer warms, but it is still quite watery, and somehow extract-like. I do smell berries, wheat and slight hop, but nothing really stands out. Very basic aroma. The taste is thirst quenching, but simple. Up front there is some honey character, some fruit, in the middle slight alcoholic and sour tastes, and on the finish the wheat malt appears, but tastes slightly sour, almost adjunct-like(though I do not think Brewsters uses any adjuncts or additives). Grainy aftertaste. Definite citrus and some great fruitiness save it from being overly bland. The carbonation is better than average, crisp yet not overly so. Although this is very drinkable, it is due mostly to its watery feel in the mouth. Thirst quenching, yes, but exciting or unique, no.
