Tucked away in the LoDo district of Denver. It has a nice patio area outside, comfy couches, and nice bar.
I feel the real allure is the selection. You won't find many places that have a larger selection of ultra premium beers on tap then Falling Rock. They serve the beers in the proper glass, have clean tap lines and the bartenders are attentive and knowledgable.
The food and service are okay, but this place is all about the beer. For me this is a "must hit" if you are in the Denver area.

Indeed, the beer selection here is incredible. Quite a variety of beers from all corners of the United States. I get the impression that beers move in and out of here pretty quickly, as a few beers I requested were no longer available despite being on the board and/or menu.
The bartender was happy to offer me samples and patient enough to let me make my mind up. He made a few suggestions that weren't that useful, but that's cool.
I'll just once again emphasize how great the beer selection is. Craft beer galore. The prices are about what you'd expect for Denver, which is to say $6 a pour and up, so the drinking won't come cheap.
I'd suggest visiting early afternoon on a weekday, the place will be pretty wide open and you'll probably get better service.

the atmosphere and beer selection are impressive, food menu not so much. Come here when the Rockies are on a roadtrip, or in the offseason. We got seats at the bar, and I ended up sitting next to a fellow Virginia Tech alum, a Denver resident but originally from VA Beach, and it was fun to have the annual Do I or Dont I watch the Hokies football conversation.
