First, let me say that I tried to acquire the batch number for this beer, but the place I had it couldn't accommodate me.
A: Hazy, straw golden in color. There are tiny bubbles and a very thin head that dissipates quickly. There is little or no head retention.
S: Lemon, grapefruit, bananas and some basil on the nose. There's a tart funkiness there as well.
T: Lemongrass, cider apples, grapefruit and a touch Thai basil. There's a balance of fruit and malt complimented by currents of a funky rhythm from the Brettanomyces.
M: Effervescent, acidic, light and airy. It leaves a tannic, almost pasty coating on the roof of the mouth, but that doesn't take away from the overall character of this beer.
D: Stupendous late summer beer. Sit back and sip this beer on your deck after some bbq in late August. I love this beer right now.

750mL into a tulip. Pours a clear golden color w/ a frothy white head, patchy lacing.
Aroma is floral, funky, mildly tart. Some fruity esters from the Belgian yeast. More tart funk and dry oak comes in as it warms.
The beer hits my palate with a slightly metallic twang. Lemony with a touch of crushed aspirin. Pale malt, slightly funky Belgian yeast, Old World hops give it a floral bitterness.
Mouthfeel is balanced and medium to full bodied. Finishes pretty dry. Good carbonation.
Overall a pretty nice Belgian, but maybe not quite as clean as I'd like.
