A - nice clear light amber with a overly active head of off white color
S - nice fruity and yeasty aroma like nice dirty mango
T - nice yeasty taste a little funky with some peachy/mangoy flavors, the alcohol come through some on the finish
M - great light body and very active
D - light and pleasing but the alcohol taste hurts drinkablity a little

Appearance: Golden yellow, with a touch of haze and very little head.
Aroma: Grainy aroma with a bit of lemon and spice.
Taste & Mouthfeel: Slightly sour lemon flavor initially, with a bit of peppery heat following. Finishes with cereal grains and uncooked pasta flavors, and has a bit of buttery character as well. Some yeasty funk throughout.
Final Word: An interesting drink, but not one that I must have again. My favorite part of the brew was the peppery character, which kept the profile lively and interesting, as the other characteristics, like the tart lemon and yeast, didn’t present anything out of the ordinary. Certainly good, and always worth trying, but I would seek out other Jolly Pumpkin brews first if you are having trouble choosing.
