P: Got a gusher and wasn't paying attention but didn't loose too much Pours a hazy deep amber with delicate floaters and thin bubbly tannish colored head that fades quick.
S: Sour grapes, funky yeast, oak barrel, vinegar, caramel, plums, apricots, granny smith apples and spices. Once swirled an aroma of black trash bags filled with old cut grass that has been setting in the sun.
T/M: Supper tart playful body that has a timid carbonation sting to the mouth. Loads of sour fruit, lemon juice, oak, subtle toasted caramel, white wine similarities, with a funky vinegar bite. Finish is dry with a puckering earthy and fruity tartness.
O: Super fruity and dry with a great yeast funk. Great fruit flavors and a subtle caramel sweetness that compliments the tart and provides a smooth drinker. Another great offering from Jolly Pumpkin that I will surely purchase again.
