a: reddish hue light in color decent head that lingers pretty well
s: clean sour cherry smell. would actually like to see this a little funkier...this is pretty young (says bottled in 6/2010, so I'd imagine if I cellared this beer it would get funky in time)
t: nicely sour, tart, OAK, sourness is strong up front, then fades quickly to oak. finishes very dry and tart. delicious! slight acetic taste in the back of my throat as I drink...not as strong as Rodenbach, but same idea...I like this a lot.
m: very light, thin body, but suits this very well.
d: boy I could drink a bunch of this. very tasty, nicely sour, nice oak. this is a really great beer!
