Appearance Hazy copper with thick white foam leaves some nice stick lacing.
Aroma is dry and bretty with some green apple notes.
Flavor. Delicious blend of dry bretty yeast with a nice toasty malt interplay. High carbonic acid and a mineral finish make this a very rustic tasting brew. Lightly sour for me but others might find it very tart. Very drinkable and complex.
Mouthfeel is sharp and carbonic. Dry finish

Pours a clear, gold color. 2/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of sourness, slight sweet malt, hint of hop, slight alcohol, yeast, and slight citrus. Fits the style of a Belgian Pale Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is a strong dryness associated with this brew. Tastes of strong sourness, hint of hop, alcohol, sweet malt, and yeast. Good appearance, aroma, blend, and body.
