750ml bottle into a tulip, at about 48 F.
Appearance, grimy golden amber with bits of yeasty funk. A geyser of cashew colored foam poured out of the bottle upon opening. Left a huge head of very active foam. Slowly settled to a nice lining around the glass. Smells of wood and bugs (Brett?), with subtle cherry notes. Flavor matches the nose, with more force. Earthy vanilla hints and light candy sugar at the start with a smoothed cherry sourness in the finish. Mouthfeel was light bodied with a slightly sour finish. Drinkablility was high. Russian River tion like. Enjoyed tremendously, yet it requires slow appreciation.

Pours a clear, gold color. 2/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of sourness, slight sweet malt, hint of hop, slight alcohol, yeast, and slight citrus. Fits the style of a Belgian Pale Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is a strong dryness associated with this brew. Tastes of strong sourness, hint of hop, alcohol, sweet malt, and yeast. Good appearance, aroma, blend, and body.
