Poured out a golden amber with a huge puffy white head that faded into some luscious lacing. The nose offered grassy lemon, pepper, malt, yeast, sour grapes, and spice. The taste gives some lemon, grass, spice, tartn grapes and even some hop bitterness on the way out. Mouthfeel has medium carbonation and a dry finish.

Pours a clear, gold color. 2/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of sourness, slight sweet malt, hint of hop, slight alcohol, yeast, and slight citrus. Fits the style of a Belgian Pale Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is a strong dryness associated with this brew. Tastes of strong sourness, hint of hop, alcohol, sweet malt, and yeast. Good appearance, aroma, blend, and body.
