Batch 1, poured into tulip.
Cloudy orange amber. A mounding slightly tan head. Good retention and nice lace. Aroma is sweet, intense with tropical fruits and a slight floral character. Almost juicy. Overlaid with a tart brightness. Taste is softer than the nose at first, then moves into a long finish that nicely combines bitter and tart qualities. Medium body with lots of carbonation. Very drying.

Pours a clear, gold color. 2/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of sourness, slight sweet malt, hint of hop, slight alcohol, yeast, and slight citrus. Fits the style of a Belgian Pale Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is a strong dryness associated with this brew. Tastes of strong sourness, hint of hop, alcohol, sweet malt, and yeast. Good appearance, aroma, blend, and body.
