Floral and barnyard aroma, with slight tart fruit character.' Flavor is extremely tart, musty, lightly phenolic, and has a dry, fairly bitter finish. It's more bitter than I prefer, but I like the tartness.

Pours a cloudy orange with a finger of white head that lasts for a couple minutes. Yeast, banana, cloves and spice predominate the nose. They are also apparent in the taste, but it's moderately sour. Medium light mouth with lots of crisp carbonation. Fairly dry. Every Jolly Pumpkin brew surprises me in one way or another, and with the sourness, this is no exception. Not bad.
