To catch a bit of soft radiance in each bottle, we wait for fall colors to begin their bright and fleeting glow before brewing this wonderful ale under their autumn fire. Gentle amber malt blend smooth caramel notes, gently lapping against a shore of distant forgotten spice. A beer to sip, contemplate and enjoy.

Bottle at share. dark pour. Chestnuts make this beet, very unique characteristics, nutty, smoky and sweet. Everything blends well here, nice food accompaniment.

Every Jolly Pumpkin beer I drink is an adventure and Fuego (also a great Phish song :) doesn't disappoint! It was fun to crack this open with another sour beer lover, and see her face light up, such a nice treat!

Orange, cloudy appearance. Very faint smell, slightly fruity with no noticeable hops / green smell. Very dry; sourness that comes on easy but lingers a while. Interesting non-hop bitterness in the back of the throat. Fairly thin but somewhat grippy feel.

Aroma is Belgian yeast, fruit/berries/mild bubblegum and a hint of sweetness. The flavor is fruit/berries, slightly nutty, malts and a very tart finish.

Pours orange with decent head and abundant lacing. Smells of sour fruit, wood, and maybe some malt. Taste is tart sour apple and oak with a hint of malt in the background. Also some kind of funk in the aftertaste. Feels crisp and refreshing. Good stuff.
