A- Huge thick white head that is still slowly pouring out of the bottle as I type this. Hazy yellow and golden body. Has great head retention.
S- Big sour and farmhouse aroma. Lemon, yeast, hints of other citrus notes, pepper, and almost a light apple.
T- Has the funk and the farm house flavor. Lemon and pepper come through too. Big yeast flavor and seems like something is just flat in the beer. Not sure quite what flavor just seems to be dampening the beer. Medium bitterness left on tongue with lemon and pepper to finish it off.
M- Medium body with low carbonation.
D- It is pretty good. Don't think it's anything to go crazy over but it is a decent saison.
