This beer pours a hazy light golden color with a large bright white head on the pour. There is nice head retention and some big clumpy lacing as it receeds.
The aroma is fantastic. Big citrus notes, yeast, corriander, and a great tart note as well.
The taste is disappointing. It's lightly tart, lightly bitter, lightly citrusy. I'm not sure what I don't like about it, too little of the traditional farmhouse qualities? I'm not getting the strength of flavor I was hoping for from some of these elements.
The mouthfeel is nice. Medium bodied and highly efforvescent.
Overall I'm disappointed. The visual, aroma, feel all lend themselves to a great beer. The taste is ok, but highly disappointing especially after the nose. There's nothing necessarily wrong with the taste, but it's lacking something.
