Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Look - light golden color, clear, with good carbonation and about two fingers' worth of frothy white foam that dissipates somewhat slowly.
Smell - a bit fruity, smelling a little bit like a light lambic.
Taste - bitter at first, and then mellows out into an interesting musky quality. Finishes with the slight bitterness, and in the end almost has a champagne's bubbliness, or at least it feels like it's going to, but never truly does.
Mouthfeel - pretty well on the watery side, but not borishly so.
Overall - not a bad brew, and interesting to think about, but not interesting enough for another bottle.
