I've wanted to try this for a while. Found a single... here goes.
A - Poured into a tulip. Hazy, golden. Foamy carbonated white head. Little specks of.. something.
S - Belgian yeast, even better, Unibroue yeast. Fruit salad. Sweetness. Funk.
T - Tart, light, and dry. Refreshing and spicy. Every sip takes on a different characteristic. Imagine biting a lemon, and washing it down with carbonated well water... I know, it sounds odd, but it's good. Finishes with a killer aftertaste. Really makes you want more.
M - Light and crisp. Highly carbonated.
D - Easy drinking and perfect for a thirst quencher. I don't know if I'd actually session this, but a perfect brew for a backyard bbq.
I would seek this out again, without question.
