Poured into a Tulip Glass from a bottle.
Appearance: Liquid pumpkin in color. The yeast at the bottom begs to be consumed. Head sticks around until the end with tons of lacing.
Smell: I guess I can see some the lemon other reviewers have noted. Dominant aromas for me include that "Saison funk", leather, earthy tones with little bits of gravel (that's not a bad thing at all, its just the only description I can think of).
Taste: Oh, if only this were just a tad bit less watery. The funk in this is prevalent and delightful. There is a very earthy, barn like, sensation to the beer which is enjoyable to say he least. The yeast at the end, transcendent. Do not leave the yeast out. Your life will be worse off without imbibing it.
Mouthfeel: A little watery, but nice and palpable. It's there but not overwhelming. Very nice change of pace (similar to that of a medium pace bowler in the middle of a Test Match).
Drinkability: Would have more of these, but I am cellaring the others. Quite enjoyable.

Pour is hazed golden amber with a tight white head. Nose is hoppy and juicy, clean grain, juicy golden fruits, and a light dustiness. Grains are more in the forefront, clean. Dusty yeast, juicy golden fruits, extremely strong carbonation on a light body. Pear, lemon, nice integration and bright flavors but the carb takes a hint away from the finish.

A: Highly carbonated. Huge 4" head, rocky, frothy. Light golden in color, fairly cloudy. I don't love beers quite this carbonated, but I do love the look of this beer.
S: Spicy, brett funk, hay, a little bit of earthy hops as well. Very nice.
T: Taste very similar to aroma, but with a bit more bitterness, actually some malt sweetness as well. The brett is almost more in the backseat playing with the rest of the beer. It isn't very cheesy or horsey, hay would be the best descriptor. Spicy, but certainly not too spicy. Very nice, well balanced beer. Completely enjoyable.
M: Medium light, the carbonation doesn't bother me all that much. Not super drying, coats the tongue just a bit. This could certainly be classified as refreshing though, although it's fairly complex.
O: I think this is just a wonderfully made beer. It has so many subtle flavors that blend into something complex. It's refreshing yet interesting. Recommend.
