Had this on 2010-10-09 in Columbia, PA from a 25.4 oz bottle. Batch 446/447.
A - Dark brown and mahogany. Lots of color but not cloudy. Large, tan head.
S - Levely. Spicey, sour, mildly sweet malt and a pleasant, wild yeast aroma.
T - What a nice surprise. Sour like a Rodenbach Grand Cru without an oak barrel, wine flavor. Excellent wild-yeast and sprouted grain without a roasted grain or caramel taste. Impressive.
M - Light body and medium-heavy carbonation. Dries quickly.
D - Oh yeah. Easy on the pallete. Not as wine-sharp as a Grand Cru. Top notch.
