750 ml poured into a JP goblet.
A: Very pale straw color with a bright white head that doesn't linger around much.
S: Lightly tart, hay, earthy hops. Nice spicy yeast character with good lemony notes. Smells refreshing.
T: Gentle tartness. Very citrus and a delicious Brett character with a nice malt breadiness. Brett character is almost like a very lightly tart geuze, very lambic like brett character. Yum!
M: Nice and dry with a great lingering Brett character that molds well with the slight malt character.
O: An amazing summer day drinking farmhouse brew. The brett character is present and add so much body to the beer. Amazing, give it a try if you can get a hold of it.

Not sure when or where I first had this, but it was on tap at the Khyber, so I figured I'd revisit it and give a rating.
Served in a tulip, hazy, bright golden color, with a thin cap of bubbly white head that retained as a collar, and left light lacing on the glass. In the nose, toasted wheat, lemony lacto, light grassy funk. The aroma was reflected in the taste, lemon-apple-lacto tartness that was ever-present yet pretty mellow, toasted wheat, light barnyard funk, and some sugary sweetness in the background. Somewhere between a saison and a Berliner weisse. Body was light-medium, mouthfeel was crisp and dry, and while the flavor wasn't incredibly bold, this sure was an easy drinker. Nice beer overall.
