Cask at Redlight Redlight in Orlando, FL. Pours a pinkish red color with a white head. The floral aroma is very funky with some vinegar, spices and fruit. The taste like the aroma features a vinegar-like sourness with some fruit and a very acidic finish. The mouthfeel is light bodied with a very light carbonation. Overall, this is another fantastic job from Jolly Pumpkin. I'm glad I got the chance to try it!

On cask at the cafe in Ann Arbor. I was glad they had at least one beer that I couldnt get in bottles in Columbus.
A- It was served in a nice large globe tulip. Its a very nice bright ruby red grapefruit color with really no head at all. Some bubbles cling to the glass for a while though. This doesnt look like a wit and it doesnt look anything like the normal Blanca.
S- Smell is very delicate. Flowers, grapefruit sourness (this is very light), and some spices. In all the nose is very weak but it still works well.
T- The taste is also very delicate. This is just a very delicate, subtle beer. Its still nice though. Little bit of grapefruit, sour plum skin, a touch of orange and coriander.
M- Light, smoothly crisp and dryish finish. Alcohol is nonexistent. This beer is ultra sessionable. I would love to sit outside in the evenings with a few glasses of this.

One off cask produced for Redlight Redlight.
A: Pours a very radiant reddish pink hue, almost the color of the Shirley Temples my little one likes to drink. The head is nice, fluffy, and ultra white. Okay retention and a spot or two of lace.
S: Sort of funky. Lots of red wine vinegar mixed with strawberries, and vineous wine.
T: Nice and fruity with a nice sourness backing it. Red fruits mostly stand out with light wine character. The vinegar like aciditic acid comes throuh as well, but not as much as the aroma. Nice floral bouquet in the finish along with a touch of the barrel.
M: Very light in body, the light natural cask carbonation really works with this beer.
D: Very good. It just works. One of the more drinkable JP brews.
Thanks RL RL for bringing this one in for the Florida folks.
