On cask at Hay Merchant in Houston, TX.

A: Pours a beautiful golden hazed color. A perfectly formed dense, one finger white head rises. Rings of lace are left behind. This is a looker.
S: Hops and fruit up front that are amazing. Juicy citrus, mango, tart lemons. A light basement like funk. An incredible nose that does not hit you over the head, but subtle and balanced.
T: Hops are big up front again. Juicy mango, passion fruits. Acidic citrus flavors like orange and lemon, which then works perfect with the sourness that follows. A tart acidic punch, light wood, light basement like funk. The nuances just keep coming with every sip.
M/D: A light to medium body. Perfectly carbonated, especially for cask. Effervescent, crisp, and dry. The tartness and acidity pulls the cheeks in and makes you want to keep coming back for more. So refreshing and easy to drink.

This is immaculate. Juicy hops, light wood, substantial tartness. Everything works perfectly. Not to mention, the cask is in near perfect condition. I don't get any pumpkin or cacao. No bother, I think everything else involved overpowers that. As is a treat to drink, and I hope to find bottles if possible.
