750ml bottle thanks to Joefc. The brew pours a clear amber with yellowish to orange hints around the edges. An off-white cap fades leaving spotty to patchy lace sticking to the glass.
The smell includes a fruity tang with lactic and acetic notes that deepen the fruited aspect. At times it seems to get mingled with a mineral sort of component which isnt terribly inviting but the fruited aspects make up for it.
The taste has like a mix of acedic sourness coupled with lactic lemony quality and sour fruits almost like current or cranberry. Overall not a bad tasting brew, it is uniquely enjoyable just slightly lacking in complexity but its cleanliness of the funk is to be noted.
This is a medium bodied brew with a modest amount of carbonation. Overall its ok but nothing earth shattering or terribly memorable going on here. Worth a try just to say you had it but at the pricepoint I would not buy again.
