I like the bottle label artwork although I do not see a date anywhere. The pour is dark yellow with small white head of foam. The taste is quite sweet with small trace of coriander & orange peel. Overall, it's a lackluster beer that could use some more flavor, I recommend adding some Belgian yeast to the mix. Cheers! C

Look: It pours yellow with a white head. Head retention is moderate.
Smell: There are some earthly aromas. It has a floral and spicy element to it as well. Grainy and lemon aromas are low as well.
Taste: It tastes grainy sweet with low levels of spice, lemon, and hints of floral. Earthly flavors are low in the background as well.
Feel: It has a light feel to it with a sweet and slight tart finish.
Overall, the flavors are not strong as most of them seem to be subdued. The grain takes over most of the flavor with the other flavors in the background.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass and a mug. There wasn’t any difference. The appearance was a nice hazy light yellow to orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than thirty seconds leaving some light lacing sliding into the beer. The smell had some light coriander with a tight batch of citrus trying to make a slight emphasis on the flavoring of the beer. The taste took all of those previously mentioned flavors and combined them pretty well. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was somewhat harsh but not overbearing. Overall, I say this was a pretty good beer worthy of having again and worthy of having with its respected food.
