This poured a pale and ultra light yellow color. Almost like sunshine. Massive head of lively white foam sealed off the top of the glass. Very hazy in appearance. The aroma is light and has a slight semi-sweetness about it, with candied malts and lemon gum drops. The taste is very light, but flavorful and refreshing. Really doesn't do that much for my taste buds, but it certainly quenches the thirst. Actually, this goes down as easy as lemonade on a hot summer day. Low amount of bitterness, or hoppiness for that matter. This could be a nice first step for any aspiring beer geek that wants to stick their toe into the waters of better beer.
