A: clingy lacing, rocky head settles into 3mm full profile. Slight haze. Particulates. Yellow in color.
S: gentle. Reminds me of Founders Pale Ale. Mild malt notes.
T: light floral and herbal hope breakaway into a faint grassy note. Very light crackery malt.
M: slightly slick. Breaks over into a very balanced lighter side of medium. Gentle. I keep saying it but it is damn gentle.
O: do not let my average rating discourage you. This is one of the only non bongwater session IPA I have run across. It really is good but it is not 100% to style. I like it.

I cant really rate it because I think it is stale. Tastes like watered down pisswater. But it is not bitter. Head is thick and lacing strong. Murky yellow hue.
Went back a second time. Not as bad as before. Floral mosaic hops.

An amber color and somewhat cloudy. Large, two finger, white head that dissipated slowly. Very fresh hoppy and citrus aroma. I also detect a pineapple smell. The taste is mildly hoppy and somewhat bitter. Overall, a nice session IPA.

Poured a 12 oz bottle into a pilsner glass.
L - Pours a clear, golden straw color with a thick inch of white foamy head that leaves a generous lacing throughout.
S - Must have gotten a bad batch even though the drink-by date is 9/30/18. Once opened, an overpowering skunky smell on the nose more than anything. Slightly hoppy but mostly like a skunk or lit-up joint.
T - Hoppy, piney, spicy, grassy, citrus rind, slightly malty in the middle with an herbal, fruity finish.
F - Lighter bodied with moderate carbonation and softer mouth feel and slightly dry finish. Drinks like a sessionable IPA.
O - A decent offering from my hometown brewery. Not sure about the skunky smell, but at least it doesn't bring down the other qualities.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a 16 ounce glass. Aggressive pour with 1/2 of head that went down quickly to 1/16 inch. Some lacing but nothing notable. Looks yellow golden orange. Slightly cloudy with no shortage of tiny floaties. The smell is barely perceptible. Carbonation is good. The first taste is unremarkable. We have a hoppy taste that is best described as monochromatic. It is lacking any notable sweetness up front with the same bitter flavor from start to finish. The bready malty base reminds me of other beers from Saranac. Not bad but unremarkable.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy medium golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. A bit muddy aromas. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and slightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a very nice session IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. This was advertised as Citra/Amarillo; but it is mostly Amarillo, with underlying Citra. Very vibrant, dank, and earthy hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. A very enjoyable and well made offering for the ABV/style.
