Reviewed sometime last month. From my notes I'm doing this review.
12 oz brown bottle with a nice jack-o-lantern label. Poured Into a standard pint glass.
A - dark copperish brown. Decent white head that quickly dissolves. Lacing is very little to nothing.
S - vanilla, and a few different spices. The aroma actually isn't half bad.
T - ginger, all spice, and cinnamon. A little hint of pumpkin pie taste. A touch of cloves. I was looking for more pumpkin though.
M - smooth medium bodied. Not so great carbonation.
O - I was expecting more from a pumpkin ale. The style is hard to find in my area and when I do find them they seem to disappoint. This is a decent brew and worth a try. I was just wanting more pumpkin flavor than what this brought. I do love the pumpkin ale style.
