A pretty good Pils. Pours a clear bright gold color with a big fluffy white head and impressive lacing on the glass.
Mild grassy hoppy aroma. Just right for a Pilsner.
Taste is understated but nice. Grassy hops and balancing bready malt. Both are understated but still there.
Mouthfeel is crisp and rich enough for the style.
Drinkability is pretty good. Crisp, flavorful (for a Pils) and looking good. Would work fine as a session beer or lawnmower beer. This is what "Tripple Hops" beer should taste like.

Upstate Bohemian.
A malt forward version without the hop accent one normally expects from this style. Good, mild, clean, crisp, not Old World in approach but pleasant in it's own way.
Simply too mild for my tastes but it has it's place.

Yellow pour, good clarity, 3/4" white head. Aroma had some noble hops, minor in degree.
Highly carbonated pilsner, didn't pop with anything, hopping muted, malt muted, not even some euro lager aromas. Mineral, although the hops do seem to be the only thing present, not bad.
Saranac makes extremely pedestrian beers, this is no exception. Mild grain notes, noble hops, absent yeast impact. Easy enough for your mom to drink.
