A: Pours a vibrant mahogany brown, one of the better colors I've seen in a beer. Faint tan head leads to quick dissipation and minimal lacing.
S: Caramel and butterscotch, slightly acidic. Multigrain bread.
T: A nice balance of sweet bread and acidic hops. Spicy hop character meets a "brittle" candy taste.
M: Nicely carbonated, low to medium carbonation and mouthfeel.
O/D: A beer with enough flavor to appreciate the subtleties, low enough ABV to drink several of. A delicate hop and malt taste executed well.
