16 ounce pint - $6.50 at Taco Mac in Woodstock, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a dim, clouded, golden-orange body with a half-inch of white head. Good lacing.
Smell: Pithy lemon overneath scantly bready wheatiness, low resins, low spices. A bit of a modest aroma overall.
Taste: Soft white wheat, a slight graininess and a nibble of brioche. Lightly sweet. Resins, lemon and a pithy quality. Small pinch of spice. Medium bitterness. Drying, pith-rimmed finish with a hint of lemon juice moistened bread. Some bitterness lingering.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: It's okay, like many Saranac beers (the better ones at least) it just falls a bit short.
Serving type: on-tap

A: Pours a very hazy straw yellow in color with light to moderate amounts of active visible carbonation and some light hints of golden yellow highlights. The beer has a finger tall creamy foamy white head that slowly reduces a mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer with a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of citrus/orange hops with lighter aromas of pale malts, spices, and orange peel.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of pale malts and wheat with a moderate flavor of citrus/orange hops. There are light flavors of spices and orange peel in the background. Light amounts of bitterness which fades rather quickly.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp.
O: This would be a really great refreshing beer for a hot summer day and it is going down pretty well on this warmer fall evening here in NC... Light hybrid style of beer with attributes of Belgian IPA and witbier. I enjoyed it and would get it again.

Bottle as part of the 125th Anniversary Pack.
Appearance: Hazy straw yellow. Looks like a hefe without the head.
Smell: More hops that belgian on the nose.
Taste: Mild on the taste. Definite belgian notes and not nearly as hoppy as the nose.
Mouthfeel: Just fine. Reasonably crisp.
Overall: An decent beer, but nothing to write home about IMO.
