Appearance: clear with an light copper colour. Light tan, moderate in size, moussy head. Good retention and a reasonable amount of lacing.
Aroma: sweet malts and floral hops, grains and biscuit hints.
Taste: again sweet malts and floral hops that confirms the aroma. Good bitterness presence.
Mouthfeel: slightly dry, average carbonation, moderate to low alcoholic strength and medium to light body.
Finish: long, kind of bitter nice finish.
Overall: nice and interesting ale. Well balanced between the malts and hops. Definitely worth a try.
