A new primo-beer spot for the ages for me -- and "only" something like 150 miles away... I cannot believe I was in Portland twice before "taking the bait" on this one! The whole experience was fantastic, hands down. Wish I only had another day or more... And I had visited with what could have been some pretty difficult patrons (food-wise). Luckily from the start with the buffalo wings everyone was happy, leaving me to my beer-self to contemplate my own cozy interaction -- me & me beer... So with plenty to choose from and good weather to enjoy I feasted on my beer selections until the others were ready for dessert. I ate a bit then walked around the inside and checked out the bar area and the other rooms (and thinking of ways I could stay around; but alas, I did not "hook up" with anyone in the end and had to make the trip back to Kennebunkport; the only downer -- this time!)

Very laid back and chill atmosphere. I enjoy sitting in the lounge area which is always busy. The selection of beers is incredible and the food menu is quite large. The service could have been faster but I'm sure that my server just had too many table which happens sometimes. I like the wings and choosing many different beers each time I come back to the GLB.
