This is a pretty good, if simple, Marzen-style. I had it on tap at the Tower Sequoia pub.
Amber, it has a foamy ring and wisps.
Aroma is mild malty caramelly barley and grassy-herb hops.
Taste is lightly toasty grain, hints of spicy herb and grassy bitterness, light juiciness and caramel. It is balanced and has a caramelly grain finish. It is a bit tad too much on the sweet side, but is good, solid, and enjoyable, with reasonably deep character.

Pours a clear, reddish rust color with a medium, white head that goes down quickly. Scent is heavy with sweet malt and hints of grain. Also a bit of chocolate. Taste is initially grainy with some nice caramel malt. Hints of nuttiness and toast. Finishes nice and crisp. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and kinda dry. Pretty refreshing. Drinkability is high. Overall, this is a very good beer for the style. It is not my favorite style, but I would definitely drink this beer again.
