Poured into a goblet.
4.5 A: Orange brown color. A little hazy (bottle condioned I presume). Two fingers of thick creamy head with lots of lacing.
3.5 S: A hint of caramel and raisin, but very faint.
4.0 T: Big hit of phenolic clove and spicy yeast notes. Lots of dark fruits (plum, raisin) which you can also smell more whilst tasting. Minimal hop character with just a touch of bitterness.
4.0 M: Medium body. Very bubbly with good carbonation, almost like a tripel. Warming alcohol on finish.
4.0 D: I'm happy I have 750 ml and not 12 ounces. Nuff said.

Had on draft at Lures
A-Pours a hazy reddish amber with lasting creamy off white 1 finger head, spotty lacing.
S-Aromas are brown sugar, grass, some citrus, dough yeasts.
T-Taste are spicy lemony chinook hops, grass, hints of toffee malts, no alcohol.
M-Palate was soft smooth carbonation with light/medium body.
O-I remembered having this years ago and how great it was and now with how much other great beer has improve my taste.

A) Pours with a finger thick head then settles to a thin lacing across the top. Hazy copper colored body.
S) Raisin, clove. Some citrus notes.
T) Plum. Raisin. Clove. Caramel. In that order. A pleasant taste profile.
M) Medium body. Smooth. Creamy. Slight dry in the finish.
O) A tasty dubbel. If I had another can I'd drink it!
