Bottle: Poured a medium clear amber color bock with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light caramelized sugar with light dry raisins. Taste is also a mix between some light caramelized malt with light notes of dry raisins and light maple notes also noticeable. Body is too light for style with good carbonation. Better then expected with good notes of maple water but a bit too light in body with lacking ester. (448 characters)
