    Grainstorm is drinking great. Very balanced, enjoyable rye spiciness on the finish. I love Wookey Jack and Grainstorm compares favorably.

    He's a ball python. When I take him out his mission is usually to head for somewhere dark and preferably warm (he particularly likes it under the couch). His top speed is just slightly quicker than molasses in January, so he doesn't go anywhere fast. If I throw him around my shoulders it will be a solid 5-10 minutes before he can find his way to the floor. Look away for too long though and he will disappear. This is why he usually gets taken out during my first beer and not later in the evening.

    I feel like I was one of the few who dug that when it came out. Has it aged well?

    I like it a lot, but this style is right up my alley--these are the kind of beers I really like to drink. Was wondering when it came out exactly--can you help with the details? I think I've had it probably for about a year.

    Super-fresh Pipeworks Unicorn's Revenge (Batch #92). Very buttery and creamy. Well done, as usual.

    Looks like we're all going to be sequestered, and that sucks. Don't cry though. Why? Ribeye! (and beer)

    I finished up that Magic Hat #9 and moved on to this;

    The balance is superb. I've really been missing out, the best non barrel aged stout I've had. I love the body and aroma. FBS was too thin for me

    Looks like the first review for it was from December 2011.

    And listening to the most incredible vocal cover of a Police song ever, by Sahaj Ticotin (from the band, Ra; brother to Rachel Ticotin, from the movie, Total Recall):

    Sahaj, who is an amazing vocalist, held the world record for the longest note held by a male singer in a song for a while (record's broken now though, by some other dude). This is what I'm talking about:

    Just skip to 6:10-ish and get ready to be schooled in vocal power. Unbelievable, and live, no less.
    Damn, eh?

    Alright. Nighty-night time. :wink:

    How is it aged? We didn't get any last year, and this year it was pretty limited, was only able to grab two singles so I put one away for comparison with a fresh one for next year. Absolutely loved it, I'll be surprised if I can hold out.
