I'll vouch for Hopwired as well. It's a world class IPA that can hang with the North American big boys.

8 Wired products are $9.99 and up in Alberta...........I'm not cheap, but $9.99 for a 500ml bottle of not so fresh product scares me off.

    No.

Maybe a bit, not "lotso" assuming that means "Lots of".

    YMMV

    Sure there is.
I can count on two hands how many better beers I've had.

Two hands is nots "lots", that's ten. As always for IPAs & DIPAs was it fresh? Also other than Heady & PtE which other 8? Just wanting an education on what beers I should be desperate to try...

There are also a few others coming out in March according to the LCBO site and they are calling it the "Craft India Pale Ale" feature, available at quite a few stores unlike the Brasserie Dupont feature. Amongst others:

    322016 Samuel Adams Latitude 48
    330845 Elysian Immortal IPA
    324210 Founders Centennial IPA
    319798 Philips Hopcircle

I know Founders was mentioned elsewhere here but wasnt sure if the others were.

Also more Green Flash coming in #306993

Hahaha, I only have 2 hands. If I had more I'd count more.
Don't get me wrong, Furious is a great beer. And I had it fresh. But I would not use it as a benchmark to compare against the best IPA/DIPAs available in the US.
Abrasive, Sucks, PtE, DRIPA, Zombie Dust (labelled an APA), HopDevil, Hopslam, 60min/75min/90min, Arctic Panzer Wolf, Double Jack, Deviant Dale's, Dreadnaught, Simcoe Silly, and more.... all of these I rated higher than Furious. Again, its a great beer and I wouldn't kick it out of bed.

Founders Centennial is a solid IPA. A little miffed because this expansion Founders has done is leading to Centennial hop shortages for homebrewers in some areas. :grimacing:
