It seems that is a love or hate beer, I am on the hate side.

I went through my list of really low ratings and can’t say that I regret buying any of them. There weren’t too many “should have known better” beers on there, but most of them were single bottle purchases so not a lot of money lost there.

Now if I had bought a case of beer with fantastic, painted bottle art outside and really mediocre beer inside that would be a different story.

Love the directions to make wild blue blueberry lager. I'm going to make it tonight!

Can't believe it! I was digging this and so were others when I had this summer.

I'd have to say Herbaceous recently from Smuttynose. I should have checked the rating first, but wasn't getting signal in the damn store. So I jumped on it and I should have rolled up and smoked my twenty dollar bill instead. Better flavor probably.

A-10 Warthog IIPA from Opa-Opa here in Mass was absolutely undrinkable. Not the priciest beer thankfully, but almost an instant drain pourer. Friends don't let friends buy A-10 Warthog.

Well, there aren't REALLY any beers that I regret buying. The closest I can come up with, and one of my only drain-pours ever, is Lagavulin J.W. Lee's Harvest Ale. Nasty stuff, but I guess you have to have a taste for peeted whiskey to enjoy it, which I don't.

Oh, you mean the beer that was brewed with wet Citra hops that were flown overnight from the NW to NH - brewed and bottled in October and then first put on NH shop shelves for the week before Christmas?

I picked up a bottle the day it went for sale (non-brewery) - not a hint of Citra to be had. Yay!

Agreed. I use to really enjoy this beer. But, I don't know what has happened with them in the past few years. Their beers starting becoming very inconsistent, and now have reached the point of undrinkable. It's too bad.
