Is that picture a small hand, or a big bottle?

I agree. I was not impressed with Cerise, especially compared to NG Belgian Red. I hope Rubaeus tastes better.

I've come to the conclusion that the bottle he's holding isn't 12oz ... the neck seems a bit longer, and the curvature when it meets the body is different than the Double Trouble bottle I have. Like the guy above said, it looks like a Harvest-like bomber.

It's a 12 oz. The person holding it is a woman.

Founders said on FB that it's a 12oz bottle.

Like I sort of figured, it's because the girl holding them has child hands.

I'll give it a try. It isn't making my mouth water but I'm sure it will be refreshing.

Rübæus is a 12 oz bottle, sold in 4 packs, just like Double Trouble before it, Curmudgeon before that, etc. I will admit though that the bottle in that picture looks disproportionately large.

Didn't you guys hear? That's the winter Backstage release for this year.

Missed my chances at this in the past but will definitely put effort forth to acquire some this time around. Sounds like a perfect beer for the old lady and I to enjoy while floating around in the pool if Michigan can experience summer for longer than days at a time this year.

OK, this is exciting. I am still on the search for a decent fruit beer. This seems promising.

(drinking a Cantillon rose de gambrinus tomorrow... My quest continues.....)

Going to go try it on tap tomorrow and have had plenty of Raspberry Tart, I will report back but I am thinking that Raspberry Tart is going to be hard to beat!

Cerise was one of the most vile beers I've ever tasted. It will be a tough mental obstacle to overcome in convincing me to try this one.

I think the one I had was the bottle version. Still, it was scarring and a major deterrent for Rubaeus.
