The chocolate cinnamon porter from Port Townsend was pretty good/interesting. Bring water!

Thanks for the tip on the glass, I will make sure to bring it. Gonna be there tomorrow. Looking forward to trying the Skookum sour.

Had a great time today, but still bummed that 99.9% of all the sours were Friday only.

What about the Snipe's and Lantern's sour?

Lantern's Sour Pale was Friday only according to the brewmaster. It wasn't listed that way in the program, but I found out the truth after waiting in line.

Snipe's Quincineria was also Friday only, according to the program.

Oh, I was the guy in the Boneyard hoodie pushing around a little one in a BOB stroller. Really had a fantastic time with my wife, mom and friends. My little girl was wearing her Tiny Pliny shirt, but slept about 90% of the time we were there.

Yeah, didn't bother reading the program in full so I didn't know about the Buzz Tent until the drive home. Oh well!

Really enjoyed the Pour Les Oiseaux over at Black Raven. Their Pina Colada IPA was ok, but a little too-coconut forward for me.

Yeah Pour Les Oiseaux is really good, I didn't get any because the line for Black Raven was unreal and I go to the brewery with my parents about once a week so I figured I'd skip their tent and try some beers I haven't had. The session ipa from 2 beer was awesome.

Living in Greenlake and having a strong dislike of the Eastside, I've only been to Black Raven twice. Their line wasn't too bad, it was actually the same size at 11:30 and 2:30. Ended up having Wisdom Seeker, Pour Les Oiseaux and Pina Colada.

Also, did anyone else notice that Trade Route's banner referred to them as Northwest Brewing Co.? Not sure what that's about, but I'm guessing the beer hasn't magically improved.

Had a pretty good time there Sunday with the wife as dd, had some extended family there to hang as well. We all got pretty tatered on some good beers and all had a good time. Food was on the expensive side, might picnic next year. Skookum and black raven were the best breweries IMO.

I ended up pouring longer than I anticipated, so didn't get to try many beers. Did try brews from 12 String (meh-OK range) and 12 Bar (decent, will improve). Did spend some time in the brewers lounge where there was a keg of ZZ Hop from Ram, so that kinda made up for it. I thought the location was decent, although the ground was very uneven. Saw a couple people fall, just from all the little bumps in the ground. Hopefully next year, I can pour one day and explore the next. Still among my favorite local festivals.

Man you aren't kidding! I thought it was kind of funny though, as even the sober people had a hard time walking, kind of like a "drunk simulator" or something lol. It made me walk more carefully though, and was sort of fun trying to walk straight.

The highlights of the day for me were the apricot sour at Schooner Exact and barrel aged stout from Skookum that was at the buzz station starting at 2pm Sunday. Scuttlebutt's Darktopia was pretty tasty too.
