Torpedo and Sweetwater IPA. The 2 best-tasting IPAs constantly available in SC are fortunately some of the most affordable. Bottle-dated, too.

I'm lucky enough to have a Pure Hoppiness and Nelson sitting in the fridge waiting for me! I imagine after tonight, only one will remain!

That would depend on your definition of a Hophead. In old-school terms it just meant that you could appreciate hoppy American style beers as well as everything else. These days self-described Hopheads tend to primarily stick to those kinds of beers, perhaps even seeking out more extreme versions. Calling yourself a Hophead is allright by me, considering a few of what's on your list.

As to me (Hophead, vintage 1980s), tonight I have on deck:
    Orval
    Prof Fritz Berliner Weiss
    Schneider Hopfen Weiss
    and Epic Hopulent Ale

Now I just have to figure out the order, and whether I can even get to them all.

Although I'm a noob and this was a taste test adventure:
    Blue Point Hoptical Illusion (IPA)
    Albita Purple Haze (Blah)
    SN summerfest ( )
Red Hook Longhammer IPA (Love it)
Sam Adams Imperial Stout (Not bad, im still looking for a more flavorful stout)
Alexander Keiths IPA (Yes, I'm a maritimer)
Dogfish Head India Brown Ale (Have yet to try, loved the 60 and 90 min IPA though)
Shiner Bohemian Black Lager (from texas; please reply, what is the point of a Black lager? I barely notice a difference)

This is just what I have. Btw Two Hearted is the shit.

Any beers you always keep on deck for easy drinking, guests, or whatever.

Because my stuff gets raided from time to time, I try to keep stuff I could find anywhere like Stone IPA, Negra Modelo, Smoked Porter, and something like DBA or Dig from New Belgium.

I keep these for myself, but mostly so my good ish isn't abused of by guests/family. I made the mistake of keeping a Victory at Sea in the fridge and a family member popped it open, drank from the bottle, and poured it down the drain because it was "nasty as f*&%"

I always have a supply of Spaten Optimator fro special occassions. Then I usually keep a kep of IPA of some sort. And of course I have to have a supply of Yuengling Dark.
